These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spinbob website and all games, promotions and services offered on it. By registering an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Spinbob is an online casino licensed and regulated to offer remote gambling to customers in Great Britain. Full licence details are available from our customer support team on request. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of Spinbob; “you” means the account holder.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You must not be self-excluded with us or through GAMSTOP.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.

3. Account registration and verification

We are required by law to verify your age, identity and address before you can deposit or play. We may ask for photo ID, proof of address and, where needed, proof of the source of your funds. Until verification is complete, you will not be able to gamble. We may suspend an account if information provided is false or incomplete.

4. Deposits

• All transactions are in pounds sterling (GBP). The minimum deposit is £10.
• We accept debit cards, e-wallets and bank payments in your own name. Credit cards and cryptocurrencies are not accepted.
• You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account.

5. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is £20. We do not charge withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals are normally returned to the method used to deposit.
• Each request is reviewed for security reasons; most are approved within four hours. Funds then arrive according to the payment provider’s own timescales.
• You may reverse a pending withdrawal only if you choose to; we will never prompt you to do so.

6. Bonuses and promotions

• The welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit up to £500 plus 200 Free Spins on Le Bandit, credited as 40 spins a day for five days. The minimum qualifying deposit is £20.
• Bonus funds and Free Spin winnings must be wagered 10 times before they can be withdrawn. Slots contribute 100%, live and table games 10%.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days; Free Spins expire 24 hours after being credited.
• Deposits made with Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
• Each promotion has its own key terms displayed next to the offer. One welcome bonus per person, household and device.

7. Game rules and stake limits

Each game has its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) information, available in the game’s info panel. In line with UK rules, the maximum stake on online slots is £5 per spin, or £2 per spin for customers aged 18 to 24. Bonus-buy features are not available to UK customers. In the event of a malfunction, all affected plays and pays are void.

9. Account closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account in cases of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms or where required by our licence. Any legitimate balance will be returned to you.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, contact customer support via live chat or email. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within eight weeks. If you remain dissatisfied, you can refer the matter to our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, whose details are available from support.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that point means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.
